Fu Lin Men is a Chinese restaurant that provides fine dining experience. Award-winning Executive Chef Roy Tan brings fine Chinese cuisine to new heights with his masterful interpretation of the “Four Heavenly Kings” – abalone, sharks-fin, sea cucumber and fish maw.

When it comes to the quality of ingredients used, there is no compromise. For example, Chef Roy’s “Royal Gold Abalone” is a rare treat of South African dry abalone; while the “Royal Fins Comb” is created using premium succulent sharks-fin. For lunch, you will be spoilt for choice with the tantalising list from the dim sum menu or from the roast meat selection – they are indeed a class of their own.
